Ryan Cartier
Owner & Founder, Total Construction & Renovation LLC
Hi, I’m Ryan Cartier—a lifelong resident of St. Tammany Parish and a proud product of this incredible community. I’ve spent over 25 years working in the construction industry, but more importantly, I’ve spent a lifetime building relationships, trust, and a deep love for helping others.
I graduated from St. Paul’s School and earned my degree in Business/Construction Management from LSU. I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart—an SSA alumna—for over 20 years, and together we’re raising our four sons right here in Mandeville. We’re lifelong parishioners at Our Lady of the Lake, where faith and community continue to shape who we are as a family.
Construction is what I do, but helping people is why I do it. Whether it’s a simple home repair or a full-scale renovation, I believe every project matters because the people behind it matter.
